   • Invoices are payable within 7 to 15 days from the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise.
   • Invoices are issued in INR (₹) and include GST where applicable, in line with prevailing Indian tax laws.
   • In the event of delayed payments, BIM Arcavion may temporarily withhold deliverables or suspend services until agreed terms are met.
     
     
3. United Kingdom – Payment Terms

   For projects delivered under the United Kingdom jurisdiction:

   • Payments are typically due within 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   • Invoices are issued in GBP (£) and may include VAT where applicable, in accordance with UK regulations.
   • Where payments are delayed beyond agreed terms, BIM Arcavion reserves the right to pause services until outstanding amounts are settled.
     
     
4. Variations & Additional Services

   Any changes to scope, additional services, or revised deliverables requested during the project are reviewed and agreed in writing before work proceeds.

   Associated fees and timelines are confirmed as part of this agreement.
