The company was formed through the collaboration of experienced professionals who have delivered projects in both India and the United Kingdom. The leadership has worked within established consultancy and contractor environments across the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and India, contributing to projects spanning commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, infrastructure, and utility sectors.

BIM Director (Structure & MEP)
He brings over 8 years of international experience in BIM delivery, digital coordination, and multidisciplinary project execution. He holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Sir Padampat Singhania University, India, and an MSc. in Construction Project Management with BIM with Advanced Practice, United Kingdom, combining technical expertise with strong project and digital delivery capability.
He has worked in key BIM roles with AECOM, WS Atkins, Turner & Townsend, and Royal HaskoningDHV, contributing to multi-million-pound projects across the UK, Europe, and India in commercial, infrastructure, utilities, and complex multidisciplinary sectors.
At BIM Arcavion, he leads BIM strategy, ISO 19650–aligned information management, and digital coordination, ensuring construction-ready outputs that align design intent with programme, cost, and site requirements.
Commercial & BIM Strategy Expert (Structure)
He brings over 11 years of international experience in commercial management and contract administration for large-scale civil and infrastructure projects across India and the Middle East. As a Senior Associate with China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), he has led tendering, FIDIC-based contract management, led QS teams, cost control, and commercial strategy for multi-million-dollar projects, across different markets.
At BIM Arcavation, he drives the integration of BIM-led commercial governance, cost intelligence, and risk management, helping deliver projects efficiently, compliantly, and within budget. He holds a PGDM in Construction Management (UK) and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, ASM-IIT Delhi, with strong expertise in BIM, project controls, large scale project planning and execution and data-driven decision-making.
BIM Expert (Structure & MEP)
He brings over 37 years of experience in electrical engineering and scientific project delivery, having served as a Senior Scientist/Engineer with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). Over the course of his career, he has been involved in the planning, design, and execution of complex electrical systems for high-reliability and mission-critical projects.
His expertise spans electrical system design, power distribution, compliance assurance, and technical evaluation for projects where precision, safety, and long-term performance are essential.
At BIM Arcavion, he supports the team as a BIM Expert, providing guidance on electrical system strategy, quality assurance, and risk assessment. His experience strengthens the firm’s ability to deliver robust and dependable solutions across complex infrastructure and building projects.
Senior Technical BIM Advisor (HVAC)
He brings extensive experience in HVAC system design and engineering, having served more than 37 years as a Senior Scientist / Engineer with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).
Throughout his career, he has been involved in the development and oversight of complex HVAC systems designed to operate within highly sensitive and performance-driven environments. His expertise includes system planning, thermal control, ventilation strategies, different Class of Clean Rooms and ensuring compliance with strict operational and safety standards.
At BIM Arcavion, he supports HVAC system design validation, BIM coordination reviews, and technical assurance. His involvement strengthens the firm’s capability to deliver high-performance MEP systems integrated seamlessly within BIM workflows.
Senior Technical BIM Advisor (Electrical)
He has a distinguished professional background as a Scientist and Electrical Engineer with ISRO, contributing to a wide range of technically demanding projects with more than 37 years of service.
His work has involved in electrical planning, system coordination, technical validation, and performance assessment within highly controlled and safety-critical environments. This exposure has given him a deep understanding of system reliability, redundancy, and compliance requirements.
As part of BIM Arcavion’s core advisory team, he provides expert insight into electrical design review, coordination support, and technical due diligence, helping ensure that engineering solutions are practical, compliant, and aligned with long-term operational needs.
